If you check off “Show Movie Controller” increase the height of your movie by 16 to provide room for the controller.
Checking off “Automatically Play Movie” will start the movie after buffering content.
Scaling a movie can be used if you want to set the display size of a movie larger than the resolution. For instance, to set a 320 by 240 movie to play back at 640 by 480:
Set the Width above to 640
Set the Height to 480 (or 496 if you want to display the controller)
Set the Scale to above 2
Looping the movie will cause the movie to start over automatically when it reaches the end.
Use “quicktimeplayer” as the target to load with QuickTime Player application instead of a browser window. User “myself” to load the movie into the space occupied by an existing movie - useful for poster movies with an URL link.
Setting the volume is useful for background music (autoplay, sound only movie with no controller).
