Interactive QuickTime Form

Notes:

• If you check off “Show Movie Controller” increase the height of your movie by 16 to provide room for the controller.
• Checking off “Automatically Play Movie” will start the movie after buffering content.
• Scaling a movie can be used if you want to set the display size of a movie larger than the resolution. For instance, to set a 320 by 240 movie to play back at 640 by 480:
  1. Set the Width above to 640
  2. Set the Height to 480 (or 496 if you want to display the controller)
  3. Set the Scale to above 2
• Looping the movie will cause the movie to start over automatically when it reaches the end.
• Use “quicktimeplayer” as the target to load with QuickTime Player application instead of a browser window. User “myself” to load the movie into the space occupied by an existing movie - useful for poster movies with an URL link.
• Setting the volume is useful for background music (autoplay, sound only movie with no controller).
